Über China‐Alkaloide, III. Mitteilung: Nitro‐ und Amino‐sulfonsäuren, Nitro‐ und Amino‐basen einiger hydrierter China‐Alkaloide

Abstract: Verbindungen. Hingegen werden die Hydrazin-Derivate der Acylanthranile erst beim Erhitzen mit verdiinnten Siiuren oder nach liingerem Stehen mit rauchender Salzsaure u n t e r B i l d u n g v o n A c y l -a n t h r a n i l s a u r e gespalten; fernel: werden sie mit Alkali unter verschiedenen Bedingungen in Losung gebracht und beim Anslluern wieder unverandert abgeschieden entsprechend dem Lacton-Cbarakter der Substanzen. Dann gibt das analoge 2-Phenyl-2-hydrazino-4-benzal-5-keto-[tetrahydro-oxazol] ein Konden… Show more

“…Under the given reaction conditions of the amination, only trace amounts of an aminated cinchona alkaloid catalyst were detected, but upon exposure of these cinchona alkaloids to a stoichiometric amount of DtBuAD (5 b), the amination of position 5' could be achieved quantitatively. Functionalisation of position 5' of the cinchona alkaloids is found rarely, and so far only nitration, [27] diazotation [28] and bromination [29] of this position have been described.…”
