The article is aimed at establishing the features of the introduction of enterprise innovation management in the conditions of sustainable development and developing a new method for evaluating the effectiveness of the permanent innovation process (IP) under the dynamic nature of external influences.General and special methods of knowledge used: comparative analysis to substantiate the difference between operational management of innovation implementation and strategic management of IP; structural analysis to substantiate that innovative management is the structure of the second level of SDP: quantitative and qualitative comparison was introduced to substantiate that structural nature of intangible assets is determined by the structure of production; scientific abstraction to substantiate that intellectual capital has a determining value for sustainable activity; mathematical formalization for the development of dynamic IP control model.It is indicated that: the condition for effective provision of sustainable development is coordination of operational management innovations and strategic management of IP of the enterprise; innovative management is a second-level structure in view of the need for comprehensive implementation of SDP for effective long-term operation of enterprise; the structural nature of intangible assets is determined by the structure of production, peculiarities of supply and sales and is based on the totality of intangible assets of the enterprise; intellectual capital is of decisive importance for ensuring the sustainable nature of the impact innovations on the company's activities and as a condition for increasing the level of reliability of its competitive advantages; the systemic nature of the impact innovations on the company's activities requires the introduction of new methods of their evaluation.A new method of evaluating the effectiveness of the extended innovation process, which forms the sustainable activity of the enterprise under dynamic conditions, was developed. The developed mathematical approach and the research results should be useful for the management of enterprises and for scientists dealing with the problems of innovative management.

The availability of mineral resources, in the context of intensifying globalization processes and growing technological gap between countries, remains important for economic development and national security, but complicating the process of extraction and competition in resource markets requires improved government regulation. Within each individual enterprise, complex problems of technological renewal in order to increase the efficiency of extraction of mineral resources while preserving the natural environment and achieving national interests cannot be solved. The aim of the study was to analyze the main performance indicators of mining enterprises with further delineation of the essence of crisis processes and the formation of an information basis for timely changes in government regulation of this key sector of the national economy. To characterize the crisis processes in the mining industry, the following methods were used: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – in the study of current trends in the volume and economic efficiency of mining; synthesis and analysis – to determine the dynamics and characteristics of changes in the number of enterprises, the volume of sales, the number of employees and the size of the final financial results of mining enterprises in terms of certain economic activities; morphological analysis – to outline the content of crisis processes and determine the impact of key factors; graphic – for visual presentation of theoretical and methodological material; abstract-logical – for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study. The generalization of official analytical data and positions of experts forms a general idea of the processes in the Ukrainian mining industry. The results of the analysis revealed: reduction of the number of enterprises, in particular large and medium-sized ones with fragmentation of economic potential and reduction of the ability to compete with multinational corporations; a significant decline in sales of strategically important minerals for our country; reduction in the number of employees, in particular to coal miners; deterioration of financial performance in 2020, including losses. It is substantiated that the obtained results are the basis for changes in state regulation, which should be focused on the protection of national interests on the basis of sustainable development and social responsibility with the creation of favorable conditions for achieving the goals of mining enterprises.

With the rapid development of our country's economy, our country's major enterprises have also paid more and more attention to strategic management. Especially in the context of the current important support for the widespread application of BDT(big data technology), the data revolution has quietly begun, which not only helps to optimize the enterprise management environment to a large extent, but also further improves the management efficiency of the enterprise. This article expounds the related concepts of BDT, analyzes the shortcomings of BDT in the current strategic management of enterprises in our country, and finally puts forward an effective way to apply BDT to enterprise strategic management through related research. By using BDT, companies can improve the accuracy of strategy formulation, better improve their own management efficiency, and reduce the workload of employees. However, for some small and medium-sized enterprises, due to the lack of big data technical talents, it is difficult to give full play to this technological advantage, which affects the improvement of their own market competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to study the application of BDT in corporate strategic management, take effective measures to solve the current problems in corporate strategic management, improve the level of corporate strategic management, and make improvements for the sustainable development of the company. Based on the above analysis, we can know that making full use of big datarelated technologies in corporate strategic management can effectively optimize the internal strategic management environment and efficiency of the enterprise.
