The Role of Motivation in Increasing Achievement: Perspective Sports Psychology

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know and understand achievement motivation at junior athletic athletes of Padang. This study was conducted on 15 athletics athletes junior Padang aged 10-15 years. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach.
