The Effect of Low-Impact Aerobic Dance Exercise Video on Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, and Concentration in Females With Sedentary Lifestyle

Abstract: The study purpose was to prove the effectiveness of a low-impact aerobic dance exercise video on cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and concentration in women with a sedentary lifestyle.
