PT PWI, a foreign capital company from South Korea, specializes in manufacturing Adidas and Reebok brand sports shoes. Throughout its supply chain activities, the company often faces challenges and risks, particularly delays in raw material deliveries from suppliers, which can significantly disrupt the production process. Hence, implementing risk mitigation actions becomes essential to alleviate these risks within the supply chain flow. This study aims to identify potential risk events and their agents, proposing strategies for risk mitigation. The House of Risk (HOR) method is employed, while the determination of business process criteria relies on the dimensions of the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). The study's outcomes include various risk mitigation measures, such as preparing backup suppliers, establishing agreements with suppliers (including compensation costs), implementing regular machine maintenance, enforcing stricter employee supervision, conducting more routine employee briefings, incorporating silica gel into each shoe, applying anti-mold spray to every shipment, implementing new rules for material retrieval using receipts, and enhancing raw material ordering plans and scheduling.

Intisari— Risiko yang terjadi pada proses supply chain management dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya proses pengolahan bahan baku menjadi barang jadi yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pabrik AMDK yang berada di NTB dikarenakan sering terjadinya permasalahan terkait proses supply chain yang dapat mempengaruhi perusahaan. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui risiko prioritas dan menentukan strategi mitigasi untuk meminimasi risiko yang dapat terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP untuk menentukan nilai severity dari risk event dan nilai occurance dari risk agent, penggunaan AHP juga dibutuhkan untuk membandingkan antara risiko yang satu dengan risiko lain yang akan dilakukan pada perbandingan berpasangan. Sedangkan house of risk untuk menentukan prioritas risiko dan prioritas strategi mitigasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh 3 risk agent prioritas dan 7 strategi mitigasi untuk menangani 3 risk agent prioritas yaitu risk agent A1, A2 dan A25 dan Strategi mitigasi prioritas SM3, SM1, SM2, SM5, SM7, SM4, dan SM 6. Abstract—The risks that occur in the supply chain management process can result in disruption of the processing of raw materials into finished goods which can harm the company. This research was conducted at an AMDK factory located in NTB due to the frequent occurrence of problems related to the supply chain process that could affect the company. So the purpose of this study is to determine priority risks and determine mitigation strategies to minimize risks that may occur. This study uses the AHP method to determine the severity value of the risk event and the occurrence value of the risk agent, the use of AHP is also needed to compare one risk to another which will be carried out in pairwise comparisons. Meanwhile, the house of risk is to determine risk priorities and mitigation strategy priorities. From the research results obtained 3 priority risk agents and 7 mitigation strategies to handle 3 priority risk agents, namely risk agents A1, A2 and A25 and priority mitigation strategies SM3, SM1, SM2, SM5, SM7, SM4, and SM 6.

(KUB - IK ) Mataram Macoa is a cocoa industry . The cocoa industry can produce chocolate with a cocoa material capacity of 87 kg per month or 1.0444 tons per year. Based on data from the Polewali Mandar Regency Statistics Agency, in 2018 the chocolate industry has a prospect that is still less proven with the data from BPS Polewali Mandar Regency, there is only 1 group of cocoa industry centers and the number of business units is 1 unit (BPS Polewali Mandar Regency, 2018).The company does not currently have a structured risk management to identify and mitigate risks that occur, especially in the supply chain function. By using the House of Risk method, the risks that may arise and their causes can be identified to simultaneously find ways to mitigate these risks to improve the operational quality of the Kelompok Usaha Bersama Industri Kecil Mataram Macoa and open opportunities to detect profitable business opportunities for the company. The purpose of this paper is to determine the causes of the dominant risk and design response measures in the Kelompok Usaha Bersama Industri Kecil Mataram Macoa. The basic method of writing is descriptive method and is implemented by using a case study method through a quantitative approach. The selection of respondents was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection by observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results of this paper indicate that in the activity plan there are 2 risks, in source activity there are 5 risks, in make activities there are 5 risks, in delievery activities there are 3 risks, and in return activities there is 1 risk. The risk treatment plan is designed to reduce the risk status for each risk event using a risk matrix
