TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF OVO APPLICATION IN F&B SERVICE INDUSTRY IN INDONESIA

Abstract: This study aims to determine factors that influence user’s behavioral intention in using OVO as payment method in F&B industry in generation Z. The result of this research shows that Perceived usefulness will have direct influence in increasing user’s intention to use OVO and indirect influence by increasing user’s attitude which will strengthen the connection between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention. “…121 datasets were tested in this research, including students of DOI : https://doi.org/10.25139/inform.v8i2.5128 class XI SMK in the Multimedia Department. The Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) technology acceptance scheme uses the technology acceptance model (TAM) framework) [14][16]- [18] by taking some appropriate indicators of research needs. Figure 1 shows the relationship between the independent and dependent variables used in this research following the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model adopted from [8].…”

“…The development of the UASBN game application has been carried out and implemented for elementary school students. This research was used to determine the feedback/response of students to educational games, which were analyzed and modeled using SEM (AMOS) version 22 [9]- [11]. The implementation of educational games was carried out on 173 sixth-grade elementary school students in 3 schools.…”

“…The implementation of educational games was carried out on 173 sixth-grade elementary school students in 3 schools. Modeling and research indicators use the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) [11]- [13] by taking several indicators that follow research needs. In Figure 4, the flow of the stages of research development is divided into six steps:…”

“…The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is one of the models that can be used to analyze the factors that affect the acceptance of information systems. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis to measure how society can accept the use of technology [10]. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is an acceptance of how technology users can use technology in a simple way, understand how to use the technology and can explain and predict factors that affect behavior in the process of using the new technology [11].…”
