Sistem Ketahanan Pangan Nasional: Kontribusi Ketersediaan dan Konsumsi Energi serta Optimalisasi Distribusi Beras

Abstract: Beras merupakan bahan pangan pokok bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Kecukupan ketersediaan beras pada tingkat nasional maupun regional menjadi prasarat bagi terwujudnya ketahanan pangan nasional.
