This research aims to develop an Arduino Uno-based learning media that focuses on measuring the density of substances, with the aim of determining the suitability of the density meter, the accuracy of the density meter and improving students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a Four-D model with the steps Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. This learning media is designed to provide students with practical experience in understanding the concept of density through direct experiments using a density meter connected to an Arduino Uno. Apart from that, this media is also designed to encourage students to develop critical thinking skills, such as analysis, evaluation and problem solving skills through reflective questions that are integrated into learning. Validation and testing are carried out through certain stages to ensure the quality and effectiveness of this learning media. Assessments are carried out on aspects of clarity of instructions, relevance to lesson material, appropriateness of level of difficulty, and impact on students' critical thinking abilities. The collected data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the development of the density meter tool show that the assessment of experts is in the very appropriate category with a score of 90.50. The tool's accuracy results are an average of 99.55%. Apart from that, the post-test results revealed that the density meter was proven to be effective in improving students' critical thinking skills with an N-Gain value of 0.80 in the high category. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution in the development of learning media that focuses on practical aspects and critical thinking skills. It is hoped that the Density Meter learning media using Arduino Uno can help teachers teach density concepts with a more interesting and effective approach, as well as encourage students to think more critically in understanding and applying science concepts in everyday life.

The purpose of developing Arduino Uno-based physics learning media to measure density is to determine the level of feasibility based on the assessment of media experts and material experts, as well as to determine student responses to the development of learning media carried out. This study uses the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the validation of the Arduino Uno-based physics learning media by two media experts obtained an average percentage score of 92.08% with very decent criteria and by two material expert validators obtained an average percentage score of 88, 75% with very decent criteria. Student responses to the Arduino Uno microcontroller-based physics learning media obtained an average percentage score of 84.58% with very decent criteria. The implication of this research is that teachers and students can use tools developed digitally and can compare them with manual experiments.

In this study it was aimed to develop and analyze instruments of integrating scientific literacy skills scale (ISLS) for science program students of senior high school with a Rasch Model Analysis. In developing and analyzing instruments we use the Messick's validity (1996) approach which consists of five aspects including content, substantive, structural, external, and consequential. ISLS consisted of 14 cases of integrated science presented in the form of a testlet. Each case consists of three questions given to scientific literacy competencies according to PISA 2015 standards. The research design uses the ADDIE procedural model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Participants consisted of 310 grade XII students of the science program from two senior high schools in Tegal City, Indonesia. Constructive validation with Rasch modelling gives the following results. The level of conformity of the items is in the range of -3 to 4. All the items that are suitable for modelling. As many as 95.16 % of student responses match modelling. Has no items containing DIF. It can be said that ISLS, which consists of 14 items, is suitable for measuring Integrating Scientific Literacy Skills for science program students of senior high school.
