The aim of this study is to analyze in depth the perceptions of teachers in Bukittinggi city towards e-supervision using web. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample of this study was all teachers at SD Al-Azhar Bukittinggi consisting of 28 people. The instruments of this study were interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that 75% of teachers positively responded the development of this e-supervision using web. There are some positive responds conducted by teachers. First, e-supervision using web can be done anywhere and anytime. It will be easier for the teachers to interact and discuss with the principal and colleagues about the problems faced in the learning process. Second, the principle announce and analyze the feedback on the results of instructional supervision effectively and steadily. Third, e-supervision is a good means to avoid miss-communication between principals and teachers in communicating the results of supervision, and fourth, teachers will get clear supervision results because of this systematic supervision which integrated with technology. In addition, e-supervision also faced several problems. First, the teachers is still face the difficulties in using technology devices, such as computer. Second, the lack of training to develop teachers' capabilities in implementing technology and information.

Learning is the main task of students undergoing education in college. In learning, there is physical and psychological involvement that allows maximum learning outcomes to be obtained. Some students experience problems in learning. This study aims to reveal learning problems, causes of learning problems, and efforts to overcome learning problems experienced by students. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research findings show that students experience learning problems related to learning skills, personal self, learning tools, and socio-emotional environment. These problems are caused by factors that originate from students and the social environment outside of students. Efforts made by students to overcome the learning problems they experience are searching for information on social media, telling problems to friends or friends and counseling at the guidance and counseling services UPT.

Local wisdom-Based Electronic Book on Newton's Law

This study aims to develop a physics e-book based on local wisdom in Newton's law. This research is research and development (R&D) using the 4D model. The stages are defined, design, development, and disseminate. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling of 36 respondents. At the define, the stage is done with the preliminary analysis, analysis of learners, task analysis, concept analysis, and formulate learning objectives. In the design stage, the arrangement of the instrument, media and format selection, and design of the initial product. The developing stage includes the review by the supervisor, expert assessment, and product trial. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire. The questionnaire used in this study was divided into (1) questionnaire on teacher and student needs, (2) product feasibility questionnaire based on material experts and media experts, (3) student response questionnaires. The results of this study show that physics e-book based on local wisdom is very feasible to use in learning physics in Newton's law material. Based on the research result, learning using e-book based on local wisdom is learning media innovation that supports education in the industrial revolution 4.0 without forgetting local culture.
