Qualidade de frutos de pitaya em função da época de polinização, da fonte de pólen e da coloração da cobertura

Abstract: A pitaya (Hylocereus undatus) é uma cactácea propagada vegetativamente, o que resulta em pequena ou nula variabilidade nos plantios comerciais. Devido a diversos estudos mostrarem que a espécie é auto ou parcialmente incompatível, realizou-se este trabalho com o intuito de verificar a eficiência de polinização da pitaya autofecundada e utilizando-se de pólen de H. polyrhizus e Selenicereus setaceus, além da influência da época do ano e da coloração da cobertura da tela plástica na qualidade dos frutos.
