Psychology of Sport: The Need for Modernization and the Ways of its Implementation

Abstract: It is stated that there is a general crisis condition of contemporary culture due to globalization and the resulting weakening of the ideological competence of the person. “…It is known that the effectiveness of sports activities is significantly influenced not only by the properties of the main nervous processes (strength and functional mobility of nervous processes) but also the psychodynamic indicators of the athletes' organisms [1,2,3].
