“…Thus, the first hypothesis which states that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to type B hospital nurses in DKI Jakarta, is acceptable ( H1 accepted). It can be stated that when the quality of work life that occurs in Type B Hospitals in Jakarta is getting higher, it will also affect the increase in organizational commitment to nurses at Type B Hospitals in Jakarta, in line with previous research ( El Badawy et al, 2018b , El Badawy et al, 2018a ; Kaleel et al, 2018b , Kaleel et al, 2018a ; Eren & Hisar, 2016 ) which states that a better quality of work life will lead to higher organizational commitment.
