Abstract: Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan afektif siswa pada materi substansi genetik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture, media papan tempel dan media audiovisual.  Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan sebanyak tiga siklus.
