Objective study For analyze learning curriculum independent with teacher mental health . Study done in a manner quantitative and is analytic observational with des ai n cross sectional . Population is teacher at YPI Darussalam 2 Cerme Gresik Vocational School with total sampling technique as many as 32 people . Instrument research , questionnaire The Mental Health Inventory-38 (MHI-38) . Analysis use test Kendall's tau-b on level trust 95%. Results analysis learning curriculum independent almost entirely fulfilled by 84.4% and teacher mental health almost all good by 78.1% with P value = 0.003 < α = 0.05. It means There is connection between learning curriculum independent with teacher mental health

Fashion is very influential on the world trade market to continue to grow. Fashion can penetrate all communities from the upper, middle, to the lower class. There is adult women's party clothing influenced by the initial nature of the woman who tends to want to highlight the beauty that is in her, dynamic, free, and tends to follow the fashion cycle. In this study, the author discusses the importance of educational media for introducing early divine women's clothing to consumers according to their characteristics. This is poured into a dress-up simulation application created with Construct 2. The aim is to create a simulation application in attracting consumers to order adult clothing production, especially women on CV Cahaya Tunggal Sentosa, which requires multimedia and information technology expertise. In further analysis, education is needed on the introduction of early divine women's clothing to consumers according to their characteristics. Furthermore, Research and Development (R&D) research methods are used to be outlined in a dress-up simulation application made with Construct 2. As a result, the women's clothing simulation application with the concept of dress-up can meet the needs of CV Cahaya Tunggal Sentosa. By the tests that have been carried out, it will be able to increase consumer attractiveness from clothing production offerings in that category.

This study aims to analyze the needs of developing digital learning media in Social Science learning in Junior High Schools in Singaraja City. This study used qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study were Junior High Schools in Singaraja City, Junior High School Social Science teachers and Junior High School students in Singaraja City. Data collection techniques using document studies, interviews and observations. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis. The results of data analysis show that the types of digital media used by science teachers are powerpoint, concept maps, pictures, and globes. Not many Junior High School Social Science teachers in Singaraja City are able to develop learning media independently. Meanwhile, the needs analysis shows that the development of digital learning media in Social Science learning in Junior High Schools in Singaraja City is very much needed by both teachers and students. First, Junior High School Social Science teachers in Singaraja City have not been able to develop digital learning media independently. Second, Social Science teachers in Singaraja City mostly only use available learning media, which are not necessarily relevant to students' learning needs. Third, students are more enthusiastic in using learning media made by the teacher together with students. Fourth, digitalization in the learning process is a necessity that requires teachers and students to collaboratively develop learning media.
