This research aims to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance. The research design used a quantitative approach to causality. To obtain research data using documentation instruments and distributing questionnaires online. The sample used in the study was 215 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented towards a non-probability sampling approach using a purposive sampling formula. To test the mediating effect of satisfaction and the relationship between principal supervision and compensation on teacher performance, a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach is used using partial least squares. Under the research results, It was found that the fact that principal supervision had a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. Then compensation also has a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance. The findings of the mediation effect state that job satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between principal supervision and compensation for teacher performance

This research was conducted to investigate and describe the effect of the principal's academic supervision and leadership style on teachers' performance. This research was conducted by using a quantitative descriptive method, where the data were collected through questionnaires, documentation and the study of literature. The results obtained from the research indicated that there was a partial effect of academic supervision on teachers' performance, since t-count value was 9,583> t-table which was 1.988. There was a partial influence of leadership style on teacher performance because the value of tcount 11.937> ttable was 1.988. There was an effect of the principal's academic supervision and leadership style simultaneously on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 3, Kayuagung District, because Fcount value was 80.692> FTabel 3.104. The magnitude of the effect simultaneously was 65.5% and was included in the category of high influence. There is something unique when this research is conducted on Principal Academic Supervision and Leadership Style Towards Teacher Performance. which includes abilities and skills.

Research based on phenomena that show a decline in teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the contribution of kindergarten principal leadership and academic supervision to performing kindergarten teachers. This type of research is quantitative, with a descriptive correlational approach. The population in this study were kindergarten teachers, amounting to 43 people. Respondents in this study amounted to 43 people. The instrument used is a Likert model scale and a questionnaire about teacher performance, the leadership of the kindergarten principal, and the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor. Test the validity using the product moment correlation. For the reliability test using Cronbach’s alpha. The requirements analysis tests carried out are; normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that; 1) there is a contribution from the leadership of the kindergarten head to performing the kindergarten teacher, 2) there is the contribution of the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor to the kindergarten teacher’s performance, and 3) there is the contribution of the leadership of the kindergarten head and the academic supervision of the education unit supervisor to the kindergarten teacher performance.
