Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi perlu diiringi dengan peningkatan kualitas sumber dayamanusia (SDM). Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pendidikan. Pendidikan erat kaitannya denganproses pembelajaran sehingga salah satu cara agar kualitas SDM meningkat adalah dengan pemilihanmodel pembelajaran yang melibatkan teknologi selama proses pemebalajarannya. Salah satu modelpembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi saat proses pembelajarannya adalah model pembelajaranHybrid tipe Traditional Classes-Real Workshop. Software yang digunakan adalah geogebra.Penggunaan software geogebra dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran.Kemampuan pemahaman adalah hal yang penting untuk dilmiliki oleh siswa. Kemampuanpemahaman termasuk aspek kognitif. Aspek lain yang perlu diperhatikan adalah aspek afektif yangsalah satunya adalah self-confidence (rasa percaya diri). Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Hybrid tipe Traditional Classes-RealWorkshop terhadap kemampuan pemahaman matematik ditinjau dari self-confidence siswa.Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP N 2 Pamarican Tahun Pelajaran2017/2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling yanghasilnya adalah kelas VIII D sebagai kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas yang menerima modelpembelajaran Hybrid tipe Traditional Classes-Real Workshop dan kelas VIII F sebagai kelas controlyaitu kelas yang menerima pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal teskemampuan pemahaman matematik dan angket berupa skala self-confidence. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Hybrid tipe Traditional Clasess-RealWorkshop terhadap kemampuan pemahaman matematik ditinjau dari self-confidence siswa

At MAN 2 Kediri City, hybrid learning is limited to the implementation of online learning by using social media and face-to-face learning. This study aimed to determine the effect of hybrid project-based learning using animated videos on developing creative thinking skills, as part of understanding the ability of students to think creatively during the online learning that occurred due to the pandemic. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test. The animated video materials were contextualized by describing the conditions of Kediri City. The results showed that hybrid project-based learning using animated videos affected the creative thinking skills. The gain in skills for the experimental class was greater than that of the control class, and this difference was statistically significant. The development of science and technology needs to be accompanied by an increase in the quality of human resources, including through education. Education is closely related to the learning process so that one way to improve the quality of human resources is by choosing a learning model that involves technology during the learning process. One learning model that uses technology during the learning process is the Moodle-based Hybrid Learning model. The use of the Moodle-based Hybrid Learning model can help students understand the subject matter. Cognitive aspects are one important component that must be owned by students but these aspects are still relatively low. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to: 1) describe student activities during the implementation of the Moodle-based Hybrid Learning model in mathematics learning; and 2) determine the effect of Moodle-based Hybrid Learning models on student mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is a quantitative research with experimental methods in the form of pure experimental types carried out at SMAN Negeri 1 Tembilahan Hulu with a sample size of 33 experimental classes and 33 control classes. The data collection method used in this study is a test technique. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded: 1) the implementation of the Moodle-based Hybrid Learning model is classified as good as seen from the mean values of the experimental class 19.97 while the mean control class is 17.52; and 2) there is an influence of Moodle-based Hybrid Learning models on student mathematics learning outcomes.
