Pengaruh Kualifikasi Akademik dan Pengalaman Mengajar terhadap Profesionalisme Guru

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji: 1) pengaruh kualifikasi akademik terhadap profesionalisme guru; 2) pengaruh pengalaman mengajar terhadap profesionalisme guru; dan 3) pengaruh kualifikasi akademik dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap profesionalisme guru.
