This study aims to analyze the professionalism of early childhood teachers in mastering the material based on academic qualifications and work experience. The approach to research sequential explanatory mixed methods design; The first phase using descriptive quantitative involving 57 teachers, data were collected through a questionnaire, analyzed descriptively and inferentially assisted by SPSS version 26.0. The second phase used a holistic multi-case study involving six school principals, data were collected through in-depth interviews and analysis documents, analyzed interactively with the assistance of Nvivo 12.0. The results showed that there was no difference in teacher professionalism based on academic qualifications and work experience. The second phase finds; teacher professionalism is not only influenced by academic qualifications and work experience, teacher professionalism is also influenced by various professional trainings that have been attended, and prospective teachers who choose the early childhood education programs major do not fully understand the substance of the lecture program related to their professionalism.
This study explains students’ anxiety in public speaking at the second semester of the Mechanical Engineering Study Program. The purpose of this study was to describe the contributing factors that cause students to experience such condition. The participants in this study consisted of 22 students. This study used descriptive quantitative. The instruments used in the study were questionnaires. The questionnaire was the FCLAS (Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale).The data were analyzed using a Likert scale to determine the factors that cause students' anxiety in public speaking. The results show that the factors that cause student anxiety in public speaking are internal factors and external factors. It shows the mean score of the level of students' anxiety , where the percentage of the two factors, namely internal factors, is 51% and external factors are 49% of the highest score of 100% points and the total number of questions was 33 numbers. Most correspondents are in the middle anxious classification with a median total of 3 points in both factors.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tekanan Eksternal, Tingkat Kinerja, dan Efektifitas Pengawasan Audit terhadap Financial Statement Fraud Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013- 2017.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 perusahaan yang di peroleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik.Hasil pengujian menggunakan analisis regresi logistik mmbuktikan bahwa secara silmutan variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Namun, secara parsial diperoleh bahwa Tekanan Eksternal dan Efektifitas Pengawasan Audit tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Financial Statement Fraud, sedangkan Tingkat Kinerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Financial Statement Fraud.
