Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Disiplin Kerja

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji 1) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja guru, 2) pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap disiplin kerja guru, dan 3) pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja guru.
