Human resources are important for the company because they have a role as a potential driver of all company activities. Companies that have quality human resources can easily achieve the performance that has been set. Performance measurement is a very important thing as a whole in an organization. Every company will always try to improve employee performance for the company's success. Several factors that can affect employee performance include: organizational support, organizational justice, and organizational commitment. This study is intended to determine how much influence organizational support, organizational justice and organizational commitment have on employee performance at PT. Batanghari Barisan Padang. Methods of collecting data through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 72 respondents PT. Batanghari Baris. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22. The results obtained are Organizational Support partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, Organizational Justice partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance where H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Organizational support, organizational justice and organizational commitment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of the contribution of variables that affect organizational support, organizational justice, and organizational commitment is 70.2%. So this research is very appropriate and becomes a reference in improving employee performance in advancing the company.
