The emergence of problems in HOTS-based literacy is due to the teacher's lack of understanding in developing questions. Teachers must prepare students who can integrate 21st-century skills into their learning process. The average PISA 2018 score experienced a decline in three competency areas with the most significant reduction in reading. It will have an impact on the low ability of students. This research aims to develop questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This type of research is development. The method used in this research is research and development. The data collection used is literature study techniques, questionnaires, focus group discussions, and one-to-one tests. The data obtained from the study are in the form of curriculum reviews and literature related to PISA, reasoning, HOTS questions, and digital learning media in the format of websites/youtube. The data obtained from interviews, questionnaires, and group discussions focused on qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The result of the research is that the prototype produced 1 HOTS-based literacy question that follows the PISA standard. High-ability students answered question number 6, got 9. Students with moderate ability responded to questions number 6 and 10, got a score of 8. Low-ability students who responded to questions number 4 and 10 got a score of 8. The average score obtained by three students (from the high group, medium, and low) was 83.3. They were included in the very good category based on the criteria given in the method section. It can be said that HOTS-based literacy can improve students' abilities.

Teknologi yang berkembang pesat saat ini memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat menuntut kemampuan warga untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Seseorang dapat melakukan pekerjaannya dari jarak jauh di rumah, tanpa harus datang ke kantor. Agar proses kerja jarak jauh menjadi lebih lancar, orang tersebut harus terlebih dahulu memahami penggunaan teknologi untuk membantu pekerjaannya. Di masa pandemi, pelatihan penggunaan Google Suite (Google Docs) sangat bermanfaat sehingga nantinya jika ada proses data yang harus di-share akan mempermudah proses update data. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk berbagi ilmu agar warga di Desa Meruya Utara dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kemampuannya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan memperkenalkan Google Docs sebagai media kolaborasi file di masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi praktis dengan memberikan pelatihan Google Docs sehingga diharapkan melalui sosialisasi ini pemahaman dan penguasaan penggunaan Google Docs bagi warga di Meruya Utara dapat tercapai. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dapat memahami pentingnya penggunaan Google Docs di masa pandemi.

Using interesting learning media is rarely done, causing students difficulties in learning. In addition, teachers have difficulty creating learning processes using various learning models, so students feel bored learning. This study aimed to analyze the LKPD Assisted Problem Based Learning Model in improving higher-order thinking skills in Grade V elementary school students. This type of research is quantitative research. This research is categorized as quasi-experimental research. The research design used was the one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all fifth-grade elementary school students consisting of 2 classes. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. In this study, the data collection technique used was a test. The instrument used to measure higher-order thinking skills is a multiple-choice objective test. The data analysis technique used is parametric statistics, namely the t-test. The analysis results show differences in the level of critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students before using the LKPD-assisted Problem-Based Learning model and the fifth-grade students' critical thinking skills after using the LKPD-assisted Problem-Based Learning model. It was concluded that the Problem-Based Learning model assisted by LKPD could improve the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students.
