Abstract: A Estratégia de Saúde da Família propõe a reestruturação da atenção primária a partir da comunidade assistida em seu contexto. Neste sentido, a participação social é imprescindível no diagnóstico, definição de prioridades, acompanhamento e avaliação do trabalho.
