The article presents the analysis of the integration processes that are taking place in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the unified agro-food policy developed by the participating countries, as well as strategic measures and mechanisms for further interstate integration in the field of agro-industrial production. The article pays special attention to the issues of receiving the real economic (positive) impact from the integration through mechanisms promoting a coordinated agrarian policy. The authors substantiate the significance of the cluster approach when creating cross-border units as one of the most effective methods of sustainable development of agricultural production in rural areas of the EAEC countries. The article proves the viability of creating joint ventures by agricultural producers and determines their basic characteristics.

THE MAIN RISKS OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESSESПроведено дослідження основних ризиків зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств в умовах розвитку глобалізаційних процесів. Визначено, що зовнішня торгівля серед інших видів бізнесу має найвищий рівень ризику, оскільки, крім ризиків всередині країни, на діяльність економічних агентів впливають ризики «іноземного походження». Доведено, що зовнішньоекономічна діяльність сама по собі має підвищений рівень ризику, оскільки в ній беруть участь підрядники з різних країн з різними культурними і національними особливостями, що ускладнює перевірку ділових намірів покупців і продавців щодо конкретної угоди. Встановлено, що страхування являє собою найпоширеніший метод зниження ризиків. Страхуванняце система економічних відносин, тобто формування спеціального грошового фонду компаній, організацій і громадськості на випадок шкоди, заподіяної стихійними лихами та іншими несприятливими випадковими подіями.The development of market relations, accompanied by an increase in the openness of the country's economy, the emergence of a powerful non-state sector, and the commodity content of domestic markets, inevitably leads to the activation of foreign economic relations between domestic business entities. and foreign partners. Foreign economic activity in its evolutionary development has gone through several stages, which, using the terminology of economic science, can be characterized as: protectionism, liberalization, transnationalization and integration. The study of the main risks of foreign economic activity of enterprises in the context of the development of globalization processes has been carried out. It has been determined that foreign trade among other types of business has a high level of risk, since, in addition to risks within the country, the activities of economic agents are affected by risks of "foreign origin". It has been proven that foreign economic activity in itself is an increased level of risk, since it involves contractors from different countries with different cultural and national characteristics, which makes it difficult to verify the business intentions of buyers and sellers for a particular transaction. It has been found that insurance is the most common risk mitigation method. Insurance is a system of economic relations, that is, the formation of a special monetary fund for companies, organizations and the public in the event of damage caused by natural disasters and other unfavorable random events. The peculiarity of the risky nature in business is that, in addition to the risk of loss, it also provides the risk of winning. Entrepreneurship itself is a twoway issue in terms of risk: you take risks and either win or lose. To be able to turn risk positively, you need to have and develop not one solution, but a series of alternatives. Under the influence of transformational changes in the economy, processes of conducting foreign economic activity on industrial enterprises of Ukraine are gradually becoming more complicated. The formation of a management mechanism and the determination of methods aimed at improving the efficiency of the organization of exportimport activity will update the choice of this topic of scientific research. In article key problems of formation control system foreign trade activities of enterprises, the main administrative objectives of department foreign trade activities are updated and the foreign trade activities key functions which have are defined to be carried out at the industrial enterprises. It is constructed the organizational and economic mechanism of management and are given scheme of organization foreign economic activity in industrial enterprise in which such functional features as were marked out: Marketing, logistic, tax planning. Major factors of influence on development industrial enterprises are noted, namely: The international dumping, aggressive tax planning of competitors, a condition of aggression environment, sales markets, protection of investors in partner country and stability of a political situation. The complex of measures aimed at stimulating foreign economic relations at industrial enterprises is taken into account. The importance of financial management and tax planning, which are key in the mechanism of management of foreign economic activity of an industrial enterprise, are highlighted. The result from the implementation of foreign economic activity is largely dependent on the introduction of the above stages of the proposed management mechanism.
