“…This clinical case makes it original that there is a fact of metastatic lesion of the inguinal nodes. Since the literature describes cases of lesions of the supraclavicular nodes on the left -Virchow nodes, bilateral ovarian lesions -Krukenberg's tumors, metastases in the paraumbilical region -Sister Mary Joseph's nodules, the Irish node -metastasis in the left axillary region, Schnitzler metastasis -in the lymph nodes of the pararectal tissue, a large tumor node in the pelvis, determined by rectal and vaginal examination (Blumer's protrusion) (6). The purpose of the article is to draw the attention of clinician-oncologists and other doctors to the possible metastasis of gastric cancer into completely unexpected groups of lymph nodes and organs that do not fall within the generally accepted classification and, possibly, by publication to attract attention and find other similar cases in order to satisfy the pattern of the indicated metastasis and use these data for tertiary prophylaxis (prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of relapses) (7).…”

“…Дані літератури стверджують, що найкращий прогноз стосовно загальної і безрецидивної виживаності очікується у випадках, коли «базовий» рівень СА-125 після завершення комплексного лікування не перевищує 10 Од/мл [4,10,11]. При цьому зменшення рівня маркерів від цієї величини на кожну 1 Од/мл веде до збільшення часу стабілізації на кілька місяців [5,10,12].…”

“…The literature suggests that the best prognosis for promotion to overall and relapse-free survival is expected in cases where the "baseline" level of CA-125 after completion of complex treatment does not exceed 10 U/ml [10,11,4]. The decrease in the level of markers from this value for every 1 U/ml leads to an increase in stabilization time for several months [5,10,12].…”

“…At the same time, Chissov V.I., Daryalova S.L. [8] believe that chemotherapy and radiation methods rarely regress a tumour, and the life expectancy after it does not exceed 13 months.…”
