As redes de Banco de Leite Humano foram criadas para garantir a qualidade do leite humano destinado às crianças recémnascidas, prematuras ou de baixo peso, para o incentivo ao aleitamento materno, orientações e apoio às puérperas e lactantes com dificuldade na prática da amamentação. O presente estudo objetivou identificar as facilidades e dificuldades para a manutenção do estoque de leite do banco de leite humano. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa desenvolvido no município de Juazeiro do Norte-CE, no Banco de Leite Humano do Hospital e Maternidade São Lucas, os sujeitos do estudo foram 10 doadoras de leite e 5 profissionais de saúde. Os instrumentos de coleta utilizados foram dois questionários semiestruturados, sendo um utilizado para as doadoras e outro para os profissionais de saúde. Para análise dos dados, utilizou-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo de Bardin, que consiste na transcrição das falas dos sujeitos do estudo para posterior análise e discussão. O estudo mostrou que os principais aspectos favoráveis à doação foram os sentimentos de solidariedade com o próximo e o apoio familiar. Simultaneamente possibilitou identificar como fatores limitantes para o estoque, a deficiência no serviço prestado durante o pré-natal, no que refere ao repasse de informações sobre os bancos de leite e a doação. Diante disto, com base na prerrogativa de um estoque de leite humano que atenda a demanda, desperta-se a atenção para a realização de mais campanhas na mídia de forma constante associada a um maior incentivo dos profissionais de saúde às mulheres doadoras. Meios de comunicação utilizados pelos pacientes: informações sobre o câncer após o diagnóstico e durante o tratamento ABSTRACTObjective: o identify the media used by patients to obtain information about cancer after diagnosis and during treatment. Method: descriptive qualitative research conducted in a philanthropic hospital in the state of Paraná, Brazil; data were collected at the inpatient oncology unit and the outpatient oncology ward. Results: the findings were divided into four categories; information obtained by health professionals; information obtained from the internet; information obtained through friends and oncology patients; and information obtained through the print and audiovisual media. Conclusion: the main media used by respondents to obtain information were the printed and audiovisual media, the internet, friends and patients with the same diagnosis, and health professionals. Disqualification of Certification by Hospital Accreditation: Perceptions of Professional Staff

Descriptive, exploratory, qualitative study that aimed to analyze the perceptions of professional certification disqualification by the Hospital Accreditation. A hospital was selectedthat lost the title of Accredited with Excellence. Twenty-three professionals participated who were working in care or hospital management who, in May 2014, answered a semi-structured interview, recorded and guided by the question: "Tell me about the disqualification of the certification of this hospital by the Accreditation". Based on the transcription and thematic analysis of the interviews, three categories emerged: disqualification of certification by Accreditation: grounds mentioned by workers; negative feelings related to the certification of the discredit and Accreditation; Certification disqualification: insufficient reason for abandoning principles of Accreditation. It was concluded that the loss of certification by the Accreditation caused a deep sense of regret among workers. Nevertheless, to favor the quality of care, participants signaled that the essential principles of Accreditation and some implemented actions remain at the service. Selecionou-se um hospital que perdeu o título de Acreditado com Excelência. Participaram 23 profissionais ligados à assistência ou à gestão hospitalar que, em maio de 2014, responderam a uma entrevista semiestruturada, gravada e norteada pela questão: "Fale-me sobre o descredenciamento da certificação deste hospital, pela Acreditação". Da transcrição e análise temática do conteúdo das entrevistas, foram apreendidas três categorias: descredenciamento da certificação pela Acreditação: causas referidas por trabalhadores; sentimentos negativos relacionados ao descredenciamento da certificação pela Acreditação e; descredenciamento da certificação: motivo insuficiente para o abandono de princípios da Acreditação. Concluiu-se que a perda da certificação pela Acreditação causou sentimento profundo de pesar nos trabalhadores. Apesar disso, por favorecer a qualidade da assistência, os participantes sinalizaram que os princípios essenciais da Acreditação e algumas ações implantadas permanecem no serviço.DESCRITORES: Acreditação hospitalar.
