“…The idea on the key role of structural characteristics of the cognitivemotivational sphere began to be actively developed in neuropsychological and cognitively oriented theoretical areas, which include: 1) the cognitive direction of neo-Freudianism (D. Rapaport, R. Gardner, M. Druzhinin, Higuera-Trujillo, Llinares, Macagno (2021); Kholodnaia (2004); 2) the motivational-cognitive theories of personality (J. Kelly (2000); 3) the cognitive psychology (Gardner, Holzman, Klein, Linton, Spence (1959); Gardner, Jackson, Messick, (1960) The cognitive perception of information directly affects the effectiveness of motivation of the leading and creative activities of a person, which is studied by a team of modern researchers led by N. Pavlova and T. Ternavska (Pavlova & Zachyosova & Grebenshchikova (2018) and Ternavska T., Shaumian, O., Mishenina, T., Voloshchuk, I., Raievska, Y., & Hrys, A. (2020).…”

“…Психолингвисты (Pavlova, Zachesova & Grebenshhikova, 2018) изучают, как значение слова, значение предложения и дискурс-смысл вычисляется и представлен в уме; как сложные слова и предложения составляются в речи и как они разбиваются на составляющие в актах слушания и чтения. Отсюда возникает необходимость в теоретическом и системном поиске функционального значения психолингвистического контекста новых дефиниций.…”

“…Particularly relevant is the analysis of a manager"s personality role in an organization, which involves studying his activity, behavior, ability to think clearly, quickly and competently, the ability to take action in difficult situations and interact with different people, as well as the desire to work efficiently for the welfare of his organization (Maslow, 2008;Mintzberg, 2004;Titarenko, 2016;Shapiro & Stefkovich, 2016). The problem of strengthening the cognitive perception of information and mobilizing its analysis directly affects the effectiveness of leading activities (Pavlova & Zachyosova & Grebenshchikova, 2018;Тernavska, Shaumian, Mishenina, Voloshchuk, Raievska, & Hrys, 2020). It should be kept in mind that the contemporary manager happens to be in continuous motion and in a hurry (Armstrong, 2007;Armstrong & Taylor, 2016;Iverach, Menzies & Menzies, 2014;Nerubasska, Palshkov, & Maksymchuk, 2020).…”
