Artykuł poświęcono jednemu z aktualnych problemów współczesnej teorii psychologiczno-pedagogicznej i praktyki edukacyjnej -kształtowaniu społecznie skutecznej osobowości ucznia instytucji ogólnego szkolnictwa średniego za pomocą planowania strategicznego stymulowania zachowań prospołecznych. Autorzy wyjaśniają istotę pojęć "zachowanie prospołeczne", "strategię kształtowania społecznie udanej osobowości ucznia" i skupiają się na podstawowych cechach zachowań prospołecznych i sukcesu społecznego, ich wzajemnym uwarunkowaniu. Uzasadnione jest również zrozumienie strategii kształtowania społecznie udanej osobowości ucznia jako długoterminowego, spójnego planu wdrażania spójnych wpływów edukacyjnych na osobowość, co gwarantuje osiągnięcie oczekiwanych wyników. Należy zauważyć, że strategie kształtowania społecznie udanej osobowości ucznia w środowisku edukacyjnym instytucji ogólnego szkolnictwa średniego są wdrażane podczas wdrażania innowacyjnych metod i technologii, które pozwalają stworzyć środowisko sukcesu w instytucji edukacyjnej, zachęcają uczniów do szukania sposobów na własny sukces w niezmiennym związku z dobrobytem społecznym i zdobywania indywidualnych doświadczeń sukcesu społecznego. W badaniu przedstawiono wyniki zastosowania kompleksu różnych metod psychologiczno-pedagogicznych, a mianowicie: teoretycznych (analiza treści, porównanie, uogólnienie, reinterpretacja) i metody empirycznej (obserwacja uwzględniona).
The article is dedicated to the problem of pedagogical technologies implemented in general secondary education institutions in the practice of forming a socially successful personality of a pupil. The objectives of the research are to summarize data on this problem, highlight the pedagogical potential of the most effective technologies and their successful implementation in working with primary and secondary school pupils. The research applied theoretical and methodological approaches in the formation of socially successful personality – axiological, acmeological, environmental, competence, design and technological, as well as the following methods – theoretical (analysis, comparison and reinterpretation of data) and empirical (event analysis). The author clarifies the essence of the concepts of "social successfulness", "socially successful personality of a pupil", "technology of forming socially successful personality of a pupil", revealed the pedagogical potential of art technologies in the formation of socially successful personality of a pupil, in particular, theater technology, outlined the defining characteristics of training, play, project technologies, "case-study" technologies and the experience of implementation of these technologies is presented. The proposed research highlights the importance of partnership between general secondary education institutions and families of pupils, focuses on the qualities and competencies of pupil's necessary for social success, which are developed in educational institutions using these pedagogical technologies. Based on the obtained results, the important role of pedagogical technologies in the formation of socially successful personality of primary and secondary school pupils is proved.
The problem of diagnosing of the formation of prosocial behavior of adolescents - students of the institution of secondary education is considered. The rapid method of research on the formation of adolescents of prosocial behavior, developed by the scientists of the Institute for Education Problems of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, is presented. The methodology is based on systemic, environmental, personally oriented, competence, activity, cognitive-behavioral and technological approaches, taking into account key ideas of motivational theories and models of behavior change (Health Belief Model, Theory of Reasoned Action, The Theory of Planned Behavior, SocialCognitive Theory, Fisher & Fisher). The questions «Prosocial behavior by pupils' eyes» were developed in accordance with the methodology andquestionnaire for the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the Schools that are child-friendly. The questionnaire consists of 3 parts. The first is to collect data on the age and sex of a teenager and the location of secondary education. The second part concerns certain factors of the educational environment in which the educational work takes place (class, school, close environment). In the third part there are selected questions about indicators of prosocial behavior, with the distinction of the four levels of its formation: stable, average, situational and initial. The proposed rapid method of research on the formation of prosocial behavior is considered as a preliminary diagnostic tool, useful for planning and correction of educational work in a secondary education institution.
The article is dedicated to the theory and methods of forming a successful personality of a pupil. The tasks of the research are the generalization of theoretical data regarding the problem of forming a successful personality of a pupil and highlighting the methodical foundations of the formation of a successful personality in an institution of general secondary education. In the research process, methodological approaches were applied in the formation of a successful personality of the pupil – personally oriented, acmeological, axiological, environmental, systemic, competency-based, as well as the following methods – theoretical (analysis, comparison and reinterpretation of data) and empirical (event analysis). The author specified the essence of the concepts "pupil's successfulness", "successful personality of a pupil", "formation of a successful personality of a pupil", considered the readiness of the teacher to form a successful personality of a pupil, determined the principles of working with pupils, their application ensures the achievement of high educational results and self-realization of pupils. The proposed research also indicated the importance of building an environment of success in the educational institution, which contributes to the effectiveness of the formation of a successful personality of a pupil, revealed the pedagogical potential of the situation of success, emphasized the necessity to create a safe educational environment, emphasized the feasibility of partnership interaction of general secondary education institutions with non-governmental organizations in the formation successful personality of a pupil.
The article is dedicated to the problem of success in the focus of the personality of a modern pupil of a general secondary education institution. The tasks of the research are the analysis of theoretical data and the highlighting of the results of empirical research concening the content of the phenomena of success and social success, the content characteristics of the socially successful personality of the pupil, as well as the generalization of the results. In the research process, theoretical methods (analysis, reinterpretation and generalization of data, content analysis) and empirical methods (conversation, blitz survey, method of unfinished sentences) were applied. The author justified the difference between the concepts of «success» and «social success», emphasized the qualities and skills of primary and senior school pupils necessary for social success, and emphasized the importance of creating conditions in the educational environment that contribute to the formation of a socially successful personality.
