The aim of this study is to determine the technology of teaching regional economic relationships based on the updated educational content to university students and to determine it. The research was conducted in the fall semester of 2021–2022; the study with the participation of 274 university students was conducted in a screening model. In the study, 4 weeks of updated education was provided to university students. In order to collect data, the ‘Updated Education and Teaching Technologies’ measurement tool, developed by the researchers, was used in the study. The scale used in the research was delivered and collected by the online method to university students. The analysis of the data was carried out using the SPSS programme; frequency analysis was carried out using the t-test, and the results obtained were added to the study accompanied by tables. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the teaching technologies of university students were learned and their updated educational status was good and the values were high. The monograph presents the mechanisms influencing the development of innovations in industrial business organizations in the Republic of Belarus emphasizing the stimulation of the innovative development of organizations from the real sector of the economy, research and education sector. The study makes analyses of the factors that stimulate innovation during the pandemic and post-pandemic period of socio-economic development of national systems through a comparative analysis of the development of research and innovation activities of countries on the example of the Republic of Belarus and its main partners. It proposes a system for assessing the scientific and innovative potential of national systems and a new cooperation model based on the principles of smart specialization and interpreting the concept of the model of innovation development.

Modern technological development is characterized by the constant emergence and introduction of innovative technologies in various areas of community, country's economy and governance system development. The obvious benefit of introducing such technologies is the significant transformation and improvement of human activities. Science and higher education are considered to be the principle areas of the government activity and is therefore appealing for change and improvement through modernization. The introduction of innovative technologies improves the sector's overall performance and accelerates its technological development. The article examines the best international practices in introducing artificial intelligence in science and higher education.
