This study was aimed to: (1) produce the illustration printed media of career information to increase career fantasy of elementary school students, (2)reveal the appropriateness of the developed career information module, and (3) reveal the effectiveness of the use of the developed career information module to increase career fantasy. This study was a research and development study using Borg and Gall design. It was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Sapen. The subjects of the preliminary study were six students, those of the main research were 15 students, and those of the operational test were 33 students. The data were collected by using career fantasy scale and module assessment questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instruments was measured through expert judgments. The instruments were before and after reading the module (pre-test and post-test). Therefore, from the result of the pre-test and post-test gain score was known and then interpreted in the form of categories. The result of this research was a picture-illustration module to increase the career fantasy of the elementary school students. The overall score of the appropriateness of developed media based on the material expert judgment was 88.23, based on the media expert judgment was 93.55, based on the result of the preliminary study was 85.71, based on the main research was 85.95 and based on the result of the operational test was 90.37. Moreover, the gain score of the effectiveness of the use of the developed module was 0.61. Therefore, it was classified as a medium category. The important factors in increasing the career fantasy of elementary school students were the contribution of stakeholders of the school and parents, and the arrangement of the career counseling program to help students increase their awareness of their future career. CAREER INFORMATION SERVICES BASED ON FIELD TRIP TO IMPROVE STUDENTS UNDERSTANDING. The aims of this study is to: (1) find out the implementation of career information services in Magelang Regency; (2) produce career information service models with field trip techniques to improve career understanding of vocational students; (3) determine the level of career understanding of students in Muhammadiyah 1 Mertoyudan Vocational School; and (4) knowing the effectiveness of career information services with field trip techniques to improve career understanding of students at Mertoyudan 1 Muhammadiyah Vocational School. The population in this study were students of class XII of Muhammadiyah 1 Mertoyudan Vocational School with 29 students who were used as samples. The study design used pre-experimental: one group pretest-posttest design with saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is Paired sample t-Test with consideration in this study using one independent variable (Independent Variable). The result of the effectiveness test of this study is that there is an increase in students' career understanding through career information services with field trip techniques. The level of career understanding of students has increased after participating in career information services with field trip techniques. This is seen from the increase in the results of the student's career understanding scale before and after being given career information services with a field trip technique of 28% and strengthened through the effectiveness test using a t-test that shows the -t count <-t-table, which is -9,583 <-2,045 or data Sig (0,000) < 0.05.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap signifikansi hubungan antara perilaku positif dalam praktikum (X 1 ) dan keterlaksanaan bimbingan karir (X 2 ) secara simultan terhadap kesiapan berkarir di dunia industri (Y). Jumlah sampel sebanyak 157 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara (X1) dan (X2) terhadap (Y) secara simultan dengan nilai psig < pstandart yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya kontribusi (X 1 ) dan (X 2 ) terhadap (Y) sebesar 14,00% dengan persamaan garis regresi Y= 12,496 + 0,276X1 + 0,359X2.Kata Kunci : kesiapan berkarir di dunia industri; perilaku positif dalam praktikum; keteralaksanaan bimbingan karir.Abstract. The aim of this research was to reveal the significant contribution of positive behavior in the lab (X 1 ) and the implementation of career giudance (X 2 ) to the career readiness in the industrial world (Y). The total of sample 157 students, was used simple random sampling technique. The data retrieval was used closed questionnaire that has fulfilled of the validity and reliability criteria. Data analysis was used multiple regression analysis. The result is that there is positive and significant relationship between (X 1 ) and (X 2 ) to (Y) simultaneously proved with value of p sig < p standart that is 0,000 < 0,05. The amount of (X 1 ) and (X 2 ) contribution is 14.00% with the regresion line equation Y= 12,496 + 0,276X 1 + 0,359X 2.Keywords : career readiness in the industrial world; positive behavior in the lab; implementation of career guidance.
