Landslide is a natural phenomenon that frequently occurs on the Java Island of Indonesia, causing significant damage and casualties. Due to advances in remote sensing technology, radar imaging can detect and evaluate ground surface deformation. This study examines the ground surface deformation and displacement in each landslide location in terms of spatial and temporal and identifies the different types and characteristics of landslides in the Sukabumi area of West Java, Indonesia. The Small Baseline Subset Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (SBAS-InSAR) methodology was used in this study, and the DinSAR method was applied. We combined the LiCSAR data product with the Python coding-based LiCSBAS processing package to derive a surface displacement value at each landslide location. The results show that the DinSAR approach can detect surface deformation by integrating the LiCSAR product with the Python coding-based LiCSBAS processing software. According to quantitative data, the research area experienced surface deformation with a surface displacement velocity of -36,297 mm/year to 58,837 mm/year. The ground surface displacement at each landslide location ranged from -9.79 mm/year to +33.69 mm/year, with most of the landslides occurring on moderate to steep slopes (16 0 -35 0 ). These results are suitable to use for support regional development planning in reducing losses and casualties.

ABSTRAKGerakan tanah di kompleks perkantoran Kabupaten Sukabumi di Jajaway, Palabuhanratu, terjadi di luar perkiraan dan perencanaan pembangunan sebelumnya. Untuk melihat kondisi dan luasan daerah gerakan tanah dan dalam usaha mengurangi resiko kerugian lebih besar, diperlukan identifikasi bidang gelincir gerakan tanah di kompleks tersebut. Bidang gelincir dicari berdasarkan model tahanan jenis yang diperoleh dari survei pengukuran geolistrik. Akuisisi data dilakukan pada 7 lintasan, dengan 6 lintasan berarah utara-selatan dan 1 lintasan berarah barat-timur. Metode akusisi yang digunakan adalah tahanan jenis multielektrode dengan konfigurasi dipole-dipole. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kondisi perlapisan batuan lepas tetapi lebih berat di atas lapisan lempung merupakan salah satu penyebab kejadian pergerakan tanah. Kejadian itu sangat terlokalisir karena kondisi seperti itu tidak ditemukan pada lintasan lainnya.Kata kunci: bidang gelincir, geolistrik, gerakan tanah, konfigurasi dipole-dipole, tahanan jenisABSTRACTGround movement in the Sukabumi Regency office complex (Jajaway, Palabuhanratu), occurred unexpectedly. To reduce the potential risk, we need to identify the slip surface to detect the possibility of more landslides. The resistivity model by the dipole-dipole geoelectrical method was applied to find the slip surface. Data acquisition was carried out in 7 lines: 6 north-south lines and 1 east-west line. The resistivity models present the distribution of resistivity below the surface. Above this clay layer, there is a higher resistivity layer, which is related to sandy tuff and breccia. The condition might cause the previous creeping type of ground movement. The type of layering is not found in the other lines. Therefore we do not expect a similar ground movement would occur in those lines.Keywords: dipole-dipole configuration, geoelectrical, landslide, resistivity, slip surface

The world has agreed that people resilience to immediately recover from disaster should be a priority, considering the increase of disaster hazards as well as scientific and technological advances. Disaster impacts and risks can be reduced along with increasing people or community resilience towards hazards. Many studies have examined and measured the level of disaster resilience but have not reached the holistic aspect of sustainable development on a community scale. This study was carried out in the Cisolok District, Sukabumi, a highly landslide-prone region. This study uses a qualitative approach with a conceptual foundation of interpretative geography and also uses primary and secondary data. Primary data are obtained from field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Secondary data are obtained from literature studies in the collection of text and maps of published scientific works such as textbooks and study reports or research papers. The results of the study show that factors influence to disaster resilience are community capacities (social capital, disaster preparedness, and risk knowledge) and the roles of local institutions. Community resilience assessment efforts play a key role to identify less resilient regions as well as identify other factors that need to be considered by the government and all stakeholders to develop an inclusive and integrated disaster risk management framework in reducing disaster impacts and risks.
