Micropropagação de violeta-africana (Saintpaulia ionantha Wendl.): efeito da Benzilaminopurina na multiplicação

Abstract: RESUMOA violeta-africana (Saintpaulia ionantha Wendl.) é uma espécie cultivada como ornamental pela beleza de suas flores e folhagem. “…In Egletes viscosa, the highest height of the plants occurred with the use of 0.5 mg GA 3 L -1 of, and absence of BAP in the culture medium, with the addition of cytokinin, causing a reduction in height growth of plants (DINIZ et al, 2003).
