Abstract: Masyarakat nelayan di Gresik masih menunjukkan ketergantugan penghasilan dari tangkapan ikan. Pendapatan nelayan sangat tergantung pada musim tangkap ikan. Pada musim tertentu pendapatan nelayan sangat tinggi, tetapi pada musim-musim berikutnya pendapatan nelayan sangat kecil bahkan tidak ada.
