endo-Tricyclo[3.2.1.0(2,4)]oct-8-ylidene is a foiled carbene reaction intermediate. It was generated by thermolyzing Δ(3)-1,3,4-oxadiazoline precursors dissolved in benzaldehyde and acetophenone. The products appear to stem from direct insertion of the carbene's divalent C atom into the α-bonds of the carbonyl compounds; however, this is only superficial. The strict stereochemistry observed is due to the topologies of the reaction intermediates of the proposed two-step mechanism. Bimolecular nucleophilic addition generates bent 1,3-zwitterions. The neutral reaction intermediates undergo pinacolic rearrangements to form the observed adducts. Product ratios reflect the migratory aptitudes of the carbonyl compounds' α-substituents. The carbene reaction was modeled using DFT. The singlet carbene's bicoordinate C atom bends 31° toward the endo-fused cyclopropane bond, elongating it to r = 1.69 Å. The resulting trishomocyclopropyl HOMO{-1} is a three-center two-electron bond responsible for the electron-deficient carbene's nucleophilicity. Its calculated properties are consistent with this assertion: (1) singlet-triplet (ΔE(S-T)) energy gap of -25 kcal/mol, (2) gas-phase proton affinity (PA) value of 272 kcal/mol, (3) hard and soft acid and base (HSAB) ΔN value of -0.2 in its initial reaction with the carbonyl compounds, and (4) negative frontier orbital interaction values ΔΔE(PhC(O)H) = -4.38 eV and ΔΔE(PhC(O)Me) = -3.97 eV.

Bu çalışmada ergenlik çağında olan bireylerin dijital oyun bağımlılık seviyeleri ile dindarlık düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın bir diğer amacı ise yaş ve cinsiyet gibi çeşitli demografik değişkenlerin bağımlılık düzeyi ile ilişkisini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Türkiye'de Dijital oyun bağımlılığı ve dindarlık arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyen ilk çalışma olması nedeniyle önemlidir. Çalışma kapsamında Gaziantep ili Şahinbey ilçesinde öğrenim görmekte olan 478 ortaokul ve lise öğrencisine “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Çocuklar İçin Dijital Oyun Bağımlılığı Ölçeği” ve “Dini Tutum Ölçeği” uygulanmış olup elde edilen veriler SPSS 25. 0 programında analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda ergenlerin dijital oyun bağımlılık seviyeleri ile dindarlık düzeyleri arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca demografik değişkenler ile dijital oyun bağımlılığı skorları karşılaştırıldığında dijital oyun bağımlılığı düzeyinin; cinsiyet, yaş değişkenleriyle anlamlı ölçüde farklılaştığı görülmektedir. Kızların dijital oyun bağımlılığı toplam puanı ve alt boyutlardan aldıkları puanlar erkeklerden daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Yaş değişkeninde ise 17 yaşında olanların bağımlılık düzeyleri diğer yaşlardan yüksek bulunmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar daha önceki çalışmalarla büyük ölçüde benzerlik göstermektedir.

This research is to describe human capital investment and local development in the digitalization era. This topic is highly relevant and widely discussed in the scientific literature. The research method used is a literature study by carrying out several main approaches to the definition of human capital investment, local development, and sustainable development in the midst of the digital transformation that is sweeping the world today. The purpose of this research is to get a critical reflection on human capital investment and regional development in the digitalization era in the context of diverse approaches and opinions. The method used in this study is to use systematic literature reviews. The results of research based on literature studies show that in facing the digitalization era, human capital is needed for investment and regional development. The development of the digitalization era requires the role of human capital that is oriented to the use of resources in local government by containing aspects of the use of technology as one of the developments of competencies. This orientation can of course be carried out through continuous and systemic education and training in maintaining the quality of the results of human capital development in the regions, including pentahelix in the regions.
