The emergence of technological sophistication that they are proud of has resulted in the problem of decreasing attitudes and behavior experienced by millennial students. Attitudes caused include a lack of morals, cyberbullying, and gadget addiction. So, changes in behavior must be followed up by Arabic teachers, and the challenge for Arabic teachers in Indonesia is to meet the Era of Society 5.0. This study aims to show that Arabic language teachers and community components must be able to deal with complexities. And teachers must be able to build good and conducive communication with students, parents, and the community. The right step to deal with it is to think and act on a solution because it is part of creative thinking reform. Literature study is one approach in this research. Arabic teachers who think relatively must prepare themselves to face the challenges of society 5.0 using (1) always being optimistic, (2) having a solid work team, (3) being communicative teachers, (4) being hard workers, (5) commitment, (6) simplifying problems, not taking lightly. Latar Belakang: Kepemimpinan merupakan fenomena yang unik dan kompleks. Dalam interaksi sosial, setiap orang akan menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan ketika berinteraksi dalam format yang mempengaruhi orang lain. Tujuan: Untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang kepemimpinan dan menyelesaikan tugasnya. Metode: Menggunakan Library Research (Kepustakaan), dengan teknik mengumpulkan sumber daya seperti bahan bacaan tentang kepemimpinan Hasil: Kepemimpinan adalah upaya sadar yang dipimpin oleh seorang (pemimpin) dalam proses pengaruh motivasi dan memprovokasi individu atau kelompok orang untuk melakukan sesuatu secara sukarela sehingga mengarah pada tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Kesimpulan: Kepemimpinan pendidikan sebagai salah satu kemampuan dan proses mempengaruhi, membimbing, mengkoordinasikan dan memobilisasi orang lain yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan ilmu pendidikan dan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pengajaran, sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat dilaksanakan. The transition of the learning system from offline to online raises new problems at the teacher, the learning process is not optimal, and the process of understanding teachers who do not understand IT. The principal as the school manager must be wise and decisive in analysing issues of education management strategies in school management practices. This study aims to analyse the role of madrasa principal in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic risk management perspective in MTs N 1 Yogyakarta City. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collected through in-depth interviews and observation. The results showed that the principal of MTs N 1 Yogyakarta City as the Risk Manager had carried out three stages of risk management, first (1) risk assessment to identify online learning problems during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) risk mitigation, to ease the burden on teachers and students in the learning process through the policy of providing internet quota subsidies for teachers and students who are unable and do not assign too many assignments to students, and (3) risk evaluation, to see the problems of the online learning process through reports or complaints from both teachers and students. The role of the madrasa head as a Risk Manager must be to minimize, even eliminate the risk or adverse effects of the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning policies, giving quota subsidies, and reducing school work as a form of action to reduce the risk of being stricken with Covid-19 and alleviate psychological burdens, especially for students.
