Teaching materials are very important in the process of learning Arabic; therefore, the teaching and learning process requires motivation to increase student language competence. With regard to the material taught in higher education, the urgency of constructivism theory has not yet fulfilled in the success of learning. As a result, the theory becomes a necessity for the development of teaching material to strengthen their interest in developing language competencies. This study intended to develop Arabic teaching materials for students in Islamic Religious Colleges so that they do not depend on books sourced from Arab countries that have different cultures than local cultures. Based on the results of the needs analysis, the textbook product was produced, which is named al-Arabia li al-Hayah along with inputs from experts. The results of this book trial showed that this book was effective to meet the needs of students in improving Arabic competence through mastery of vocabulary in their environment.
This research aims to determine the efforts made in improving the competence of Arabic teacher through multiple intelligence-based classroom management at SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang. It used a qualitative approach with a case study research design. The data collection included observation, interviews, and documentation, while analysis techniques relied on Miles and Hubermen’ steps as follow; data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that the efforts to increase the competency of Arabic teachers through multiple intelligence-based classroom management at SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang, including the improvement of pedagogic and professional competences. The effort to increase pedagogic competence was giving the training to educators related to the design of a lesson plan, while the effort to increase professional competence is training in applying multiple intelligence during the learning process, such as Multiple Intelligence System (MIS) and Multiple Intelligence Research (MIR) training.
This paper is a literature review related to video based learning as a learning media trend in the 4.0 era. Issues that will be discussed in this paper include; industrial revolution, educational revolution, media trends in the 4.0 era, to video based learning. Data collection methods by collecting library data, reading and recording, and processing literacy materials related to these issues. Because the media is one system that plays an important role in the development of learners to increase innovative and effective knowledge. This discussion emphasizes video media as a learning tool that can help students in rationally illustrating material Arabic learning is difficult learning for students, with the existence of video media that is trending in the 4.0 era this will help students in the learning process, learning Arabic using media video makes students easy to understand the content of the lesson with clear illustrations without making students to illustrate abstractly, then the presence of video media as a means of learning Arabic will make it easier for students to understand the content of the material provided by the teacher.
Arabic language learning in the modern era demands mastery of technology in all fields, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which requires learning assistance. Therefore, the use of blended learning needs to be addressed in the Arabic teaching and learning process. The aim of this study was to describe the implementation of Arabic teaching through blended learning and using blended learning as an alternative model to Arabic language learning in the pandemic era. The study used mixed method that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches descriptively. The data were obtained from interviews, documentation and the results of a survey of the Arabic language learning process obtained from Arabic language teachers. The results showed that the implementation of Arabic language learning through blended learning using a platform that is considered effective according to the conditions of the teacher and students, and the use of blended learning is actually an alternative to implementing face-to-face learning to provide monitoring of language habits.
The study aims to describe the impact of learning Arabic online and the viewpoint of brain-based learning on these implications. The research used a mixed-method that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches to get a real picture of the implementation of online learning from a neurolinguistic perspective, the data is obtained through the results of questionnaires and studied in a neurolinguistic perspective based on the literature on the theme. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PKPBA students who carried out Arabic learning through online and literature review on neurolinguistic studies. The results of this study are that the Arabic learning process carried out online has good benefits with varied but not optimal patterns of interaction through blended learning. In contrast, according to neurolinguistics, it is stated that at least any model can maintain how the potential of the brain through language habituation must be consistent with the balance of the left and right brain.
