The integrity of the regional head elections process in Indonesia has become a concern for the government and the Indonesian people. Thus, to realize regional head elections with integrity, the implementation must be free from various types of violations such as election malpractice. One of the election violations that often appear in every regional head election is the practice of money politics. This paper intends to explain the election supervisory body in preventing money politics in regional head election contestation. This research's data sources included: website, Twitter, and previous research related to money politics. The data were obtained using the Ncapture feature in the Nvivo 12 plus where the Ncapture feature is a web browser extension developed to capture web content in the form of the website content, social media, and other document content such as scientific articles and a collection of opinions from observers about money politics in Indonesia. This paper reveals that social media is a new transformation for election supervisory bodies to disseminate and prevent money politics. The authors also need to emphasize that this time is money politics itself because democracy/general election parties in any part of the world require money/capital both by the organizers and election participants themselves, so a common understanding is needed. What and how money politics can be categorized as an action. Election violations and even fall into the category of election crimes. This paper is reviewed based on an analysis of scientific articles and each election organizer's official Twitter accounts.

This research aims to find out public opinion on the cancellation of PPKM Level 3 policy at Christmas and New Year (Nataru) in the social media dimension. The research method used is qualitative by using a case study approach to PPKM level 3 policy. Primary data sources are social media data and secondary data that includes articles and news of the mass media. Data analysis using Nvivo 12plus software presented in the form of crosstab analysis, User account activity, user response folder, and word cloud analysis. The results of this study showed that public opinion in the cancellation of PPKM level 3 majority agreed with segmentation believing in government policies. Although there are some opinions that reject because it is considered that there is no consistency of the government in describing the decision. Some other opinions such as neutral, unclear (have no relevance to the topic of discussion) and opinions supported and reject. The analysis of user account activity showed that the highest intensity was in the @hilmi28 account with a percentage of 15.63% more discussing the cancellation of PPKM Level 3. Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis of user response folders that show many users or users involved in the discussion, the highest distribution is in Indonesia and several of such as America. North, Africa, Australia, and Europe. Result from Word cloud analysis, in the topic of PPKM level 3 words policy that often appears, namely PPKM, Nataru, government, level, and holidays as a word material that is used as public discussion material.

Corruption case is related to re-permitting the export of lobster seeds as regulated in the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation no. 12 of 2020 concerning the Management of Lobster, Crab, and Crab, underlie the research topic, namely the evaluation of fry export policies and evaluating the phenomenon of corruption. The results of this study are expected to be an input for the evaluation of public policies that should be able to solve problems, not even provide opportunities to harm the state and society. The purpose of this study is to examine the lobster management policies listed in Permen KP no. 12 of 2020. This research was conducted from November 2020-January 2021. The research method is descriptive qualitative by using literature studies in the form of literature reviews, theoretical studies, secondary data from pages of related agencies and mass communication media including online media such as the news portal and social media such as youtube. The analysis results are processed using the Nvivo 12 Plus application to help data accuracy. There have been several irregularities since the enactment of Permen KP No. 12 of 2020 concerning the Management of Lobster, Crab, and Crab starting May 4, 2020. Until 6 months after the enactment of the regulation, the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Edhy Prabowo's Hand Catching Operation occurred in the case of bribery for lobster seed exports. as well as the abuse of power possessed by monopolizing policies to achieve what is desired, namely reaping benefits in the control of strategic potentials and investment opportunities for several actors.
