This research aims to find out public opinion on the cancellation of PPKM Level 3 policy at Christmas and New Year (Nataru) in the social media dimension. The research method used is qualitative by using a case study approach to PPKM level 3 policy. Primary data sources are social media data and secondary data that includes articles and news of the mass media. Data analysis using Nvivo 12plus software presented in the form of crosstab analysis, User account activity, user response folder, and word cloud analysis. The results of this study showed that public opinion in the cancellation of PPKM level 3 majority agreed with segmentation believing in government policies. Although there are some opinions that reject because it is considered that there is no consistency of the government in describing the decision. Some other opinions such as neutral, unclear (have no relevance to the topic of discussion) and opinions supported and reject. The analysis of user account activity showed that the highest intensity was in the @hilmi28 account with a percentage of 15.63% more discussing the cancellation of PPKM Level 3. Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis of user response folders that show many users or users involved in the discussion, the highest distribution is in Indonesia and several of such as America. North, Africa, Australia, and Europe. Result from Word cloud analysis, in the topic of PPKM level 3 words policy that often appears, namely PPKM, Nataru, government, level, and holidays as a word material that is used as public discussion material.
Dinamika perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi telah berimplikasi luas dan salah satunya pada sektor pendidikan. Model pembelajaran electronic learning (e-learning) merupakan implikasi serta terobosan baru dari proses pembelajaran sebelumnya yang bersifat konvensional. Dalam artikel ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deksriptif dengan pendekatan dekriptif untuk menganalisa lebih mendalam mengenai konsep serta perkembangan e-learning. Model pembelajaran e-learning dimulai pada tahun 1990 dan mengalami perkembangan yang begitu masif sampai dengan era kontemporer. Pembelajaran e-learning dinilai lebih efektif dari pembelajaran sebelumnya yakni sistem konvensional (tradisional). Proses yang sangat mudah sekaligus dapat di lakukan aksesnya setiap saat menjadikan model pembelajarn e-learning banyak diadopsi oleh beberapa lembaga pendidikan baik di sektor formal dan informal saat ini. Selain itu, beberapa kemanfaatan pembelajaran e-learning juga memiliki sebuah tantangan yakni kesiapan sumber daya manusia serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam menunjang keberhasilan dari pengaplikasian model pembelajaran e-learning.

Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah intensitas akun twitter mengenai pelayanan public dan sekaligus sentiment dari masyarakat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan software Nvivo 12Plus dari media sosial twitter dengan cara Ncapture dan mengolah di software Nvivo 12Plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya intensitas akun twitter Gubernur Jawa Tengah pada pelayanan publik tiga bulan tahun 2021 mengalami presentase tertinggi pada bulan Februari yakni 12,44%. Intensitas twitter yang tinggi tersebut menunjukkan bahwasanya melalui Gubernur Jawa Tengah aktif dan intens memberikan informasi dan menerima keluh kesah masyarakat mengenai pelayananan publik. Selain itu sentimen masyarakat dari aktivitas akun twitter Gubernur Jawa Tengah yakni diakumulasikan sebanyak 16 persen positif dan 28 persen negatif. Sentimen tersebut didasari atas respons masyarakat terkait dengan pelayanan publik di Jawa Tengah pada bulan Januari-Maret 2021.
A 2 m thick bed of smectite‐rich clay within a sequence of distal deep water turbidites and marine mudstones of the Temburong Formation on the island of Labuan, Sabah, North‐West Borneo, is an altered, re‐sedimented pyroclastic tuff which is geochemically of rhyolite‐dacite composition. The tuff bed was deposited in deep water, although probably <1,000 m, by traction currents and retains relic siliceous shards, feldspar phenocrysts and biotite crystals but was dominated by ash‐grade material. The tuff is interpreted as a turbidite deposit and most probably records long distance sub‐marine transport down the depositional slope from an active volcanic system in the hinterland. It has a zircon U–Pb weighted mean age of 19.6 ± 0.1 Ma whilst combined forminiferal and nannofossil ages from the enclosing marine mudstones range from 21.5 to 19.4 Ma; together these indicate an early Miocene age for the Temburong Formation. The tuff is the result of a very short‐lived volcanic arc magmatic episode and was either related to similar aged volcanics of the Sintang Suite in central Borneo or a product of the Proto‐South China Sea subduction beneath the Cagayan arc north‐east of Borneo. The age indicates that deep water sedimentation in North‐West Borneo continued into the Burdigalian suggesting the subduction trench of the Proto‐South China Sea was active into the early Miocene, beneath the depocentre of the Temburong turbidite fan. By contrast, sandstones representative of the typical marine Temburong Formation yield abundant zircons which are dominately Cretaceous in age indicating an important switch in source provenance during the Early Miocene from the Crocker Formation that is dominated by Permian‐Triassic zircons. This difference in zircon populations likely reflects an important tectonic event in the early Miocene that resulted in uplift of central Borneo to supply sediment to the Sabah Trough whilst the input of material derived from the western terrains diminished. The Temburong Formation was sourced by reworking of uplifted Rajang Group, Sapulut or Trusmadi formations.
