Inflation Instability Impact on Interest Rate in Egypt: Augmented Fisher Hypothesis Test

Abstract: The paper aims at examining an augmented version of Fisher hypothesis that include inflation instability. According to this hypothesis, there is a positive relation between interest rates and expected inflation.
