Indonesian Language Assistant Program in Australian Schools: Recruitment and Selection Process

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the process of recruitment, selection, and implementation of the Indonesian language assistant program of the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) in Australian schools.
