Improving the training of agricultural personnel in the context of agricultural digitalization: the case of Sverdlovsk region, Russia

Abstract: The article presents the theoretical, methodological and empirical aspects of improving the training of personnel for agriculture on the example of digital agriculture in the Sverdlovsk region.
