Abstract: На підприємствах харчових виробництв під час підігрівання рідких та пастоподібних продуктів широким попитом користуються скребкові теплообмінники, які завдяки високої інтенсивності термообробки дозволяють зберігати початкові властивості сировини, що переробляється.
