Education is a significant factor to shape human beings as a whole. The ability to think for humans plays an important role to develop information. The issue of lack of ability to think critically in Sahida Lemah Abang Vocational High School needed to be addressed. One learning model that can be utilized to guide students to think critically is Problem Based Learning (PBL) using an e-module as the resource of learning material. The study aims to examine the implementation of Problem Based Learning model using e-module and its influence on students' critical thinking ability. This study used a quasi-experiment with nonequivalent control group design as its research design. In using the research design, two observations have been conducted; one was before the experiment called Pre-Test (O1) and one after the experiment of this study called the post-test (O2). There are two samples in this study; one is the experimental group and the other is the control group. The study was done in Sahida Lemah Abang Vocational High School. The data was gathered by using tests and observation sheets of the learning process. The result in this study shows averagely that the implementation in each of the learning stages has gained 95.7% which is in the category of very good value. The most significant difference is from the fifth indicator "developing strategy and tactic", n gain of experimental class and control class is 5.83 and 0.23 respectively. As the result of the hypothesis test is Sig. 0.035 which means that there is a significant difference in students' ability to think critically between the students in the experimental class and the control class, the students in the experimental class think more critically than the students in the control class.

The creative innovation in education in the era of revolution 4.0 is the use of electronic-based teaching materials as a source of student learning. This study aims to examine the effect of using a flipbook-based e-module on transverse wave material with a one group pretest posttest design research design. The research method that has been used is quasi-experimental research design with one group pretest posttest design. The research sample was students of Sriwijaya University Physics Education. Data were analyzed using N-gain analysis, normality test, homogeneity test and Paired Sample T-test. The results showed that the posttest test results were higher than the pretest tests with an average of 33.28, while the normality test results obtained pretest data of 0.026 and posttest data of 0.257. Finally, the N-gain test results were obtained at 0.466 in the moderate category, it was concluded that there was an effect of using flipbook-based e-modules on dynamic electricity on student learning outcomes, so the use of flipbook-based e-modules was effectively used as teaching material on student learning outcomes.

This pilot paper aimed to develop a kvisoft flipbook maker-based e-module Physics for global warming symptomatic material as a physics supplementary teaching material for the eleventh-grade student. The research adopted the model of 4D development stood for Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects of this study were 31 students of Mathematics and Science of Senior High School of 1 PAKEM. The research instruments employed were preliminary study questionnaires, material expert validation survey form, media expert validation survey form. The methods of data collection employed were validation, observation, pretest, posttest, and study of documentation. Data Analyzing Technique utilized was the Sign Test. The results of the paper showed that 1) the KFM-based Physics e-module developed belonged to a valid category and was worth to use. 2) Understanding students' concepts during learning activities has increased significantly.
