ABTRACK Latar Belakang : Kelelahan kerja merupakan suatu proses psikologis yang dihasilkan oleh stres pekerjaan yang tidak terlepaskan dan menghasilkan kelelahan emosi, perubahan kepribadian, dan perasaan pencapaian yang menurun. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kelelahan kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Metode : Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitaif menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 169 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapatkan 67 responden. analisa data bivariat sperman rank. Hasil Penelitian : Didapatkan bahwa kelelahan kerja dalam kategori tidak lelah sebesar 58,2%, stres kerja dalam kategori stres ringan sebesar 49,3%, dan hubungan kelelahan kerja perawat dengan stres kerja perawat dengan nilai Pvalue sebesar 0,283. Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara tingkat kelelahan kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul ABSTRACT Background : Work fatigue is a psychological process that is produced by work stress that is not released and results in emotional exhaustion, personality changes, and drecreased feeling of accomplishment. Objective : To find out the relatinship between the level of work fatigue and the level of work stress of nurses at Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul. Method : This research method is quantitative using analytic survey with cross sectional. The population in this study were 169 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and 67 respondents obtained superman rank bivariant data analysis. Research result : It was found that work fatigue in the category of fatigue was 58,2%, work stress in a mild stress category of 49,3%, the conclusion is that there is a relationship between the work of nurses and the work stress of nurses in Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital with a Pvalue of 0,283%. Conclusion : There is a relationship between the level of work fatigue with the level of work stress nurses in panembahan senopati general hospital bantul.

Work stress is caused by many factors from workplace, family, home, or environment. Excessive work stress will make someone anxious until developing excessive fatigue. Fatigue will decrease performance and increase work error rate that cause fatal workaccident.This study aimed to analyze influence of working stressors against nurses fatigue in patien room in haji hospital Medan. This study was quantitative method with a cross-sectional design, with a sample of 53 respondents. This study used questioners of the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionaire and Industrial Fatigue Research Committee which has been translated into Indonesian and has cheeked for validity and reliability. The results of the study regarding the influence work fatigue and work stress (P-value 0,000, r : 1,000), the influence workload and work fatigue (P-value 0,000, r : 1,000), the influence interpersonal conflict and work fatigue (P-value 0,000, r : 1,000), the influence job satisfaction and work fatigue (P-value 0,000, r : -0,588), the influence social support and work fatigue (P-value 0,000, r : -0,892), and based on the logistic regression test workload were variables the most influential, with an odds ratio of 94,5. The conclusion shows that workload is a variable that has strong influence on fatigue. Nurses with heavy workload are 94,5 times more likely to experience fatigue. So that the hospital needs to monitor and evaluate the performances of the nurses so the workload can be fixed and adjusted with the right capacity and ability of the nurses in providing services

The stress level of nurses in hospitals can be high. The ability of nurses to identify sources of stress in the workplace is very important. This systematic review aimed to describe the factors that influence the work stress of nurses in hospitals. Studies were obtained from databases including Google Scholar, Garuda portal and PubMed, and were restricted to articles published from 2010-2020. The researchers found 2,119 articles (1,999 articles on Google Scholar, 72 articles on the Garuda Portal, and 48 articles on PubMed). The researchers duplicated the critical appraisal and narrative synthesis of these articles and finally, data were extracted from 78 articles. There were 33 factors identified as causing work stress in nurses. Of these factors, workload, work environment, and work-family conflict were the most influential factors. It is recommended for nurses who serve in hospitals to try to overcome work stress by paying attention to what factors can affect work stress, because this stress can negatively impact their performance and decrease the quality of nursing services in hospitals.
