Factors Affecting Nurses' Workplace Stress in Hospitals: A Systematic Review

Abstract: The stress level of nurses in hospitals can be high. The ability of nurses to identify sources of stress in the workplace is very important. This systematic review aimed to describe the factors that influence the work stress of nurses in hospitals.
