Healthy nurses for a quality health care service: A literature review

Abstract: Healthy nurses are a key component when providing quality health care. This paper aims to review the factors that may relate to the physical and spiritual health status of nurses, and the extent to which health affects the work productivity of nurses which ultimately, has an impact on the quality of health services.
