Financial management has an important role in business operations. Every business is inseparable from what is called "money" including micro business. The purpose of this study is to explore financial management in micro-businesses that apply the philosophy of gusjigang. The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive. Informants in this study consisted of two micro-business actors who struggled in the business of jenang Kudus and konveksi as well as the Department of Manpower, Industry, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Kudus Regency. The findings in this study of the philosophy of gusjigang consist of three series of words. First, gus which has a good meaning is used as a philosophy related to ethics in managing business finances. Second, ji has the meaning of falsifies applying, and continuing to learn accounting science to realize good financial management. Third, the gang which means trade is finalized by always being creative and innovative in maintaining business survival. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study shows that the philosophy of gusjigang is used as a philosophy and has become a character for micro-businesses in business financial management.

Economic analysis is not sufficient to explain an economic phenomenon in quality, it is necessary to have other approaches to bridge and complete economic phenomena as social constructions. This study aims to analyze the economic phenomenon of the Pesantren Entrepreneur Al-Mawaddah Kudus with a Social Sciences approach to look in depth at the economic behavior of actors and related people in an effort to empower the community around the Pesantren. This research is a qualitative field research using primary data that came from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research are 1). The kiai's rationality in the process of community economic empowerment is the major factor in the disparity of welfare between pesantren and the community, so limits the main vision of empowerment. 2). The existence of Gusjigang as a noble value for Kudus Society plays a role in providing psychological encouragement to rationalization. 3). The Kiai's social network in Shilat al-Rahim strengthened his ability to mobilize the resources. 4). Kiai makes a spirituality as ruhaniyyah needs and rationality as jasadiyyah needs

The Kudus Regency society is known as the santri's merchant are so persistent, skilled, and hardworking. The personage of Sunan Kudus is characterized as waliyul Ilmy and this Guardian teaches a philosophy gusjigang with a good typology core moral, intelligent of religion and good at trading. The teachings of Gusjigang for the trader's life were able to raise a distinctive characteristic that formed the spiritual value of their daily life. So this research will illustrate the spiritual value of the merchant santri's who are based on the philosophy of local wisdom of Gusjigang in Kudus Regency. The data analysis method used is qualitative with a phenomenology approach and data collection using interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The purpose of the study of this article is to reveal the spiritual value of the merchant santri's based on the philosophy of local wisdom Gusjigang. From the study gave a result of spiritual practice of merchant santri's in the form of Dalail Khairat fasting, fasting sunnah, Tahajud Praying and Dhuha praying, and Dzikrullah, as well as the relevance of Gusjigang philosophy to apply to the self the santri's merchant produce a characteristic that is futurist, altruism, Ihsan and philanthropic.
