This study focuses on bibliometric indicators of Islamic accounting research development, such as trends in Islamic accounting research and its distribution, topics and themes in Islamic accounting research, significant contributors to Islamic accounting research, the pattern of collaboration in Islamic accounting research, and the most significant texts in the Islamic accounting literature. Four hundred eighty-three pieces of scientific literature were entered into the Scopus database for bibliometric analysis on January 10, 2022. Various programs were used to analyze frequency, metrics, and citations, including Microsoft Excel, VOS viewer, and Harzing's Publish or Perish. Over the last ten years, Islamic accounting publications have grown significantly and steadily. Islamic accounting literature is based in Asia, Europe, America, and the Middle East, and it can be found in social science, business, management, accounting, economics, and finance. With a few exceptions in Malaysian, Arabic, German, Indonesian, Slovak, and Turkish, the majority of Islamic accounting literature is written in English. The study also discovered that terms like Islamic bank, banking, Islamic performance, Islamic accounting standards, and Islamic finance are commonly used. The seven countries that contributed the most to the development of scholarly collaborations in Islamic accounting were Malaysia, Indonesia, the United States, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, and Australia. This is critical in assisting academics in making recommendations for future study in the field of Islamic accounting.

The marketing of Islamic banks has become an interesting topic in recent decades, along with the development of the halal industry in various countries. It is normal that there is a lot going on about the absence of conventions among academics. This is natural because they also experience other disciplines such as the study of innovation, information systems, and entrepreneurship which are still in the stage of scientific development. The purpose of this study is to review the strategies carried out by Islamic banks by providing extensive bibliometric analysis to answer research or in bibliometric terms called RQ. RQ1 Shows research trends on Islamic Bank Marketing based on the number of articles per year, RQ2 research Top 10 peer-reviewed journals with the most publications, RQ3 top article authors from peer-reviewed published articles and Hussainey K has been the most productive, RQ4 is a publication in the field that comes from several other subjects and disciplines, RQ5 main topics and research in the field visualizing the network describing 8 clusters, RQ6 topics topics for the future, RQ7 this author's country which provides the most publications and collaboration between authors, and RQ8 of the most influential articles based on citations in research.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren perkembangan dan arah penelitian tentang peran baitul maal wat tamwiil terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang terindeks di google scholar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jurnal tentang baitul maal wat tamwiil yang terindeks di google scholar. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni peran baitul maal wat tamwiil terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa tren perkembangan jumlah publikasi penelitian dari tahun tahun ke tahun rata-rata mengalami peningkatan, namun peningkatan jumlah penelitian tersebut masih melambat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan data publikasi jurnal selama 10 tahun hanya terdapat 49 jurnal. Peneliti yang paling banyak berkontribusi adalah Sri Herianingrum sebanyak 3 jurnal dan nama jurnal yang paling banyak berkontribusi adalah JESTT: Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah Teori dan Terapan yang berasal dari Universitas Airlangga. Kemudian untuk arah penelitian yang potensial untuk dikembangkan di masa depan adalah penelitian yang menyertakan kata kunci microfinance institution, community empowerment, education, cash waqf dan welfare improvement.
