This paper presents the most recent works on cash Waqf, focusing on identifying contemporary scholars' work in this area, providing a novel framework to indicate the existing gap, subsequently, it opens the door wider for new research commitment. This research adopts the paradigm of qualitative approach research, based on disk-based research. Google Scholar was employed, searching through the passage. Only contemporary English documents within the period of 2002-2019 were the subject of this study. Lately, cash Waqf has been proven as a proper method for poverty alleviation. Previous studies attempted to address several models in order to enhance socio-economics issues. This research is a distinct attempt, as to the best of our knowledge, there is no previous research addressed the subject matter. Moreover, this study is expected to assist the interested scholars by offering comprehensive conclusion about have been done in the field. Hence, opens new doors for scholars to develop new innovative cash Waqf models to bridge the socio-economic issues. Our findings depict that Malaysian and Indonesian scholars show a robust research commitment on cash Waqf during 2002-2019. Furthermore, this study highlights the existing gap that must be researched to enrich the potentials of cash Waqf, future research should address other countries practices in term of cash Waqf, moreover, validating a proposed model through interviews to ensure that a proposed model is applicable. In terms of cash Waqf awareness, research might consider peer influence", "self-efficacy in contributing to cash Waqf.
This study aims to determine the influence of the Islamic service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty switching intentions moderated by religious knowledge level in in Customer of BRISyariah Bank in Surabaya.The research method used is quantitative approach. This research use a total of 96 customers of BRISyariah Surabaya. Customer characteristics used are Moslem, registered as a funding or deposit customer for at least a year. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research uses a method PLS (Partial Least Square).The results showed that Islamic service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Other results showed that customer satisfaction has significant impact to customer loyalty and Islamic service quality has significant effect on customer loyalty. This results in accordance with the theory of Othman and Owen that CARTER could be used to measure the quality of service on Islamic Banking. Suggestion for the BRISyariah Bank in Surabaya should maintain and improve its service quality in order to improve satisfaction and form a loyal customer. For further research, can be done by adding another variable which affect customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Every investor wants a secure investment and provides profit (in-return). This study aimed to analyze the effect of Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns Vendor property and real estate listed in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in the period 2011-2013. This study used quantitative analysis with panel data estimation methods with time series in 2011-2013 and cross section data of thirty-one companies used α = 5% significance level. The regression results in this study indicated that the independent variables Price Earnings Ratio (PER) and variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) significantly shown negative effect on stock returns, meanwhile the variable Price Book Value (PBV) significantly shown positive effect on stock returns. While simultaneously brought a significant effect on stock returns and real estate properties listed in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in period 2011-2013.
