Dalam konteks Indonesia yang sedang membangun peradaban politik yang sehat, penyelenggaraan pemilu tanpa kehadiran pengawasan struktural dan fungsional yang intens berpotensi mengakibatkan hilangnya hak pilih warga negara, bangkitnya politik uang, kampanye hitam, dan pemilu. yang tidak sesuai aturan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemungutan suara pemilu serentak di Indonesia tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkaan bahwa pelaksanaan pemilu serentak merupakan sejarah baru di Indonesia karena pelaksanaan secara serentak mulai pemilihan cadidat tiangkat pusat hingga daerah. Adanya pemilu serentak ini dapat memberikan catatan baru bila dibandingkan dengan pemilu sebelumnya, pemilu serentak ini menghasilkan beberapa hal penting terhadap pemilu Indonesia yaitu dapat mengefisiensi anggaran dana, partisipasi partai politik secara ketat, partisipasi peserta pemilu dan menghasilkan calon presdient dan wakil presiden, anggota legislative dan dewan perwakilan daerah yang terpilih sesuai pilihan rakyat.In the sense of Indonesia which is building a stable democratic civilization, it is possible to hold elections without intensive institutional and functional oversight that can result in the erosion of the rights of people to vote, an increase in money policy, black campaigns and elections. The rules don't suit. The goal of this paper is to determine the outcome of the 2019 simultaneous elections in Indonesia. This research uses an analytical-descriptive approach. The results show that the conduct of concurrent elections is a new history in Indonesia because the success begins at the same time from election of central to regional candidates. The simultaneous election will provide new records compared with previous elections, which will produce many critical elements in the Indonesian elections, namely the ability to simplify the budget, tight political party membership, participation of electoral participants and the presidential and vice-presidential candidates, parliamentarians and members of the Parliament.

Extending the lifetime of a wireless sensor network is vital in ensuring continuous monitoring functions in a target environment. Many techniques have appeared that seek to achieve such prolonged sensing gains. Clustering and improved selection of cluster heads play essential roles in the performance of sensor network functions. Cluster head in a hierarchical arrangement is responsible for transmitting aggregated data from member nodes to a base station for further user-specific data processing and analysis. Minimising the quick dissipation of cluster heads energy requires a careful choice of network factors when selecting a cluster head to prolong the lifetime of a wireless sensor network. In this work, we propose a multi-criteria cluster head selection technique to extend the sensing lifetime of a heterogeneous wireless sensor network. The proposed protocol incorporates residual energy, distance, and node density in selecting a cluster head. Each factor is assigned a weight using the Rank Order Centroid based on its relative importance. Several simulation tests using MATLAB 7.5.0 (R2007b) reveal improved network lifetime and other network performance indicators, including stability and throughput, compared with popular protocols such as LEACH and the SEP. The proposed scheme will be beneficial in applications requiring reliable and stable data sensing and transmission functions.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) continue to provide essential services for various applications such as surveillance, data gathering, and data transmission from the hazardous environments to safer destinations. This has been enhanced by the energy-efficient routing protocols that are mostly designed for such purposes. Gateway-based Energy-Aware Multi-hop Routing protocol (MGEAR) is one of the homogenous routing schemes that was recently designed to more efficiently reduce the energy consumption of distant nodes. However, it has been found that the protocol has a high energy consumption rate, lower stability period, less data transmission to the Base station (BS). In this paper, an enhanced Heterogeneous Gateway-based Energy-Aware multi-hop routing protocol ( HMGEAR) is proposed. The proposed routing scheme is based on the introduction of heterogeneous nodes in the existing scheme, selection of the head based on the residual energy, introduction of multi-hop communication strategy in all the regions of the network, and implementation of energy hole elimination technique. Results show that the proposed routing scheme outperforms two existing ones.
