Gamificação em bibliotecas: despertando a motivação nos usuários

Abstract: ResumoCom o objetivo de apresentar novas técnicas para dinamizar os serviços das unidades de informação e estreitar os laços entre bibliotecas e usuários, o trabalho apresenta a gamificação como uma opção para alcançar esse fim.
